The information you supply will be used by us to respond to your inquiries, supply you with requested information on CLC products and services, or track orders you place through goCLC.com. Shipping & Returns:
Our goal is to ship your order within 48 hours. We anticipate orders placed before noon Central time will ship the next day. Orders placed after noon, or on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, will be shipped the second next business day. Transit times depend on the method of shipping and your desired ship-to location. Ground shipments to the west may take up to 5-7 business days. Orders for merchandise over $99 qualify for free UPS Ground shipping.

If for some reason you are not happy with any CLC product purchased from our website, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. A Return Authorization is required and freight charges must be prepaid by the sender. The returned merchandise must be in new, resalable condition with the original packaging. On our website select “Contact” and at the beginning of the form select “Return Authorization” from the drop-down menu. In the “Comments” box, please indicate your original order number and the item number(s) that you wish to return (or type in “return all items” if applicable). Customer Service will respond via e-mail with your Return Authorization number. Mark that number on the outside of your package. Upon our receipt of your return, we will notify you and credit you for the cost of the item(s) and tax (if applicable) via the method of your original payment. Original outbound freight charges are not eligible for credit.

Shop Securely:
We understand that the safety of your personal credit information is of the utmost importance to you. We share your concern. During the “Check-out” process we do collect your billing and shipping address information, although at the end of that process we transfer you to a payment processor of your choice, either Authorize.net or PayPal.com. It is on their site that you are asked to provide your personal payment information utilizing that payment processor’s SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology which provides encryption and authentication of sensitive credit card data during online authorization and payment transmissions.

At no time do we collect or store your sensitive credit card data on our goCLC.com website. Our policy in this regard means that you will have to reenter your credit card information every time you place an order with us. We’re hopeful you’ll understand that this is meant to enhance the security of your credit information. Once we receive authorization from the payment processor we will begin to process your order. And when your order has been shipped your account will then be charged.

Warranties:
CLC products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the normal life of the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear, abuse, accidents, neglect, or damage caused by use of the product for a purpose other than intended. For our policy related to a specific product, open the information page for that item and select the “Warranty” tab for the warranty information.

Warranty claims should be submitted through our website. Products suffering from defects in material or workmanship should be returned to CLC, freight prepaid by the sender. A Return Authorization is required. To submit a claim please select “Contact” from the main menu on our website. When the Contact window appears select “Return Authorization” from the dropdown box, fill in your contact information, and in the “Comments” box please enter the style number or UPC number of your item and describe the related defect. Customer Service will respond via e-mail with your Return Authorization number.

Customer Service:
Your order will be processed upon our receipt of credit card or PayPal® payment authorization. Order processing generally will be completed within 48 hours (see “Shipping & Returns” for details). Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you of the shipping date and tracking information. Immediately thereafter, your authorized payment method will be charged. You will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

International Orders:
Unfortunately, we cannot process international order requests at this time.
